Conversely, some of these foods you should avoid or severely limit in your diet are high-fat foods such as:

- Fried foods

- Highly processed foods, such as white bread or doughnuts

- Whole milk dairy products

- Fatty red meat

When changing your diet drastically in order to lose weight, be aware that hastily weight loss can enrage the problems with gallstones. If there is very dinky or no elephantine in the diet, the gallbladder, whose job it is to secrete bile to digest tubby, will become sluggish without having to secrete bile. This inactivity is when gallstones are more likely to design. Then when you eat a meal high in dietary full, the gallbladder goes to work doing its job, and you become very susceptible to a gallbladder attack.
